What courses do you offer?

We offer two training options; public or in-house. For many of you, the public courses detailed in our Marketing Training Calendar will be perfect. These courses are ideal if it’s just you, or maybe you and a colleague or two. You will be joined by other people from UK businesses of all sizes, so it’s also a great networking opportunity!

We also offer Bespoke Group Training, for when you have a group of people - all with similar needs - and you would like our trainer to come to you. Simply contact us to discuss your brief and from there we will put together a detailed training proposal, including a suggested course outline and price breakdown. What type of course do I need?

If you’re not entirely sure, then give us a call. We have a specific consultation process to determine the right plan of action for you. Our training consultants will treat your personal situation in the highest confidence.

Maybe a good place to start would be a Free Skills Assessment. Alternatively, you could come to one of our free seminars to discover more about inbound marketing and our methodology.

What is the difference between public and in-house workshops?

For our public workshops, we assemble 8-15 people from a variety of businesses and industries. Our satisfaction surveys are excellent, and after completing our course you will automatically become a member of the Zoober Community, with access to loads of free resources and webinars. The advantage of an open workshop is that it’s a cost efficient solution if there are one to three of you. It’s a great networking opportunity and you’ll gain insight from other delegates. View our Marketing Training Calendar.

In-house, or group training, is more cost efficient when you have a group of four or more people all needing the same type of training. We send one of our experienced trainers out to you, or help you to book an external venue. We take your brief, and then pass it on to our training design team - an expert group of working inbound and digital marketing professionals.

How do you determine the style required for me or my company?

For our training to be successful, it’s absolutely essential that we know as much as possible about the individuals involved. We put all delegates through a competency framework at the beginning (to assess need) and end (to assess development) of every course. We also talk at length to individuals and managers to determine the types of personalities we will be training. We then match up the training to the individual. So if, for example, someone is introverted by nature, we’ll provide tools that they’ll be comfortable using.

Is your training suitable for my industry?

Our training has been utilised by just about every industry in the UK, from small start-up businesses looking to improve their online efficiency, through to multinational corporations. We also regularly train through FE colleges.

What is your point of difference as a training company?

Incorporated 12 years ago, the Tomorrow People Inbound Marketing Consultancy is Zoober’s partner company. Tomorrow People is a successful and innovative marketing agency driving marketing development for companies of all sizes. We are a group of working professionals who identified a gap in the market for organisations which can’t stretch to agency rates – but want the skills and functional capabilities agencies can provide.

We are not just another digital training company. We deliver our training through a structured model which ensures you can measure every element of your digital marketing. We guarantee you will find our training engaging, innovative, informative and, most importantly, value for money.

What skills, talents and experiences do your trainers have?

There are two types of trainer: those who preach, and those who practice. We like the latter. Our trainers are all working inbound and digital marketing professionals, and train others to do so as a passion. All of our trainers run their own successful businesses, and have enjoyed careers in the boardrooms of top UK and European companies such as Yell, Coca-Cola and leading software developers. We have trainers with different specialties such as media, software, advertising, promotional merchandise, events and local government. We will only put a trainer in front of your group if they have a strong background in the industry or they have trained companies of a similar size and sector.

What is your most popular course?

Our Zoober Basic course is definitely the most popular, as it provides a strong “nuts and bolts” overview of a very complex area in just two days. However many companies also like our bespoke courses as they fit the specific needs of their business. It really depends on your need, timeframes and budget.

What happens after the training course?

No matter what course you attend you will become a member of Zoober Community. This gives you access to loads of resources and materials which will enable you to continually develop your knowledge and your company’s performance.

We also give you three webinars with your trainer after one, three and six months. This will give you the opportunity to assess your development (are you really using what you learned in the course?) and also gives you the option to discuss further training opportunities in more specific areas, say Advanced Social Media or Advanced Analytics.

Our in-house training fee includes a detailed follow up plan tailored to your requirements. Because if our training and methodology doesn’t become second nature to our students, we have failed. In order to maintain momentum, items of interest, challenges and resources will be personally addressed to individuals for up to a year after their training.

How do I measure the success of the training?

The Zoober philosophy is “If you can’t measure it, don’t do it”. We will benchmark what you are currently achieving, and give you some realistic advice on what you can expect post training. Following the course, we’ll stay in touch with you for at least six months through a series of emails and webinars. We’ll also provide loads of free assessment tools, ROI calculators and templates to enable you to get started as soon as you get back to the office.

What happens if I have less than the recommended number of people but want to do one of your courses?

The recommended number of people per course is a maximum recommendation. A smaller group size just means there’s more time for personal coaching and development with your trainer.

Do I need to do the course with people in the same industry?
